1. Terms

1.1. This Regulation regulates the general legal, economic and managerial-forming principles of operation of the Center for Ukrainian-French cooperation Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, Ministry of Education and NAU-ki Ukraine (further - Center).

1.2. The center was created by order of the rector number 215-0 from 25 December 2014 p. Based on the decision of the Academic Council of Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies (then - Academy) from 24 December 2014 protocol number 7.

1.3. The center is coordinating administrative and structural division of the Academy.

1.4. The Center organizes and development cooperation ONAFT and its academic partners, industry, public institutions-pit France and other French-speaking countries in the agro industry..

1.5. The work of the Center is governed by the Laws of Ukraine "On Higher Oswy th", "On scientific and technical activity", "On priorities of ro-scrolls science and technology", "On innovation activity priorities in Ukraine" and other legal acts of Ukraine, orders and polo Inter-Syntez Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Charter Academy, by orders of the torus-Rivers, decisions of the administration and the Academic Council of the Academy and this Regulation.

2. Organization and structure of the Center

2.1. The Center is headed by Director, which is managing in accordance with the law, provides the appropriate level of labor and executive dis-subject matter, manages and organizes the work, designed to meet current and Persian-pektyvnyh tasks, Center presents other institutions, institutions and organizations Yahya.

2.2. Director of the Center appointed Rector's order on the post-bezoplat basis, and dismissed by order of the rector of the Academy and directly subordinated to the Rector ONAFT. The post of Director of the Center appointed person, which has a research Ph.D. and experience research and educational work at least five years.

2.3. Rights and responsibilities of each employee of the Center by the relevant job description, agreed with the Director of the Center and approved rack-uring Academy.

3. Purposes, basic tasks and functions of the Center

3.1. Mission Center – creating conditions for the recognition of the achievements of the Academy of international cooperation, especially among Francophone partners.

3.2. The main objectives of the Center are:
– ONAFT achieve the status of the worldwide community of respected scientific and educational institution;
– Academy departments providing assistance in improving learning proc-su, for teachers, ensuring proper education and professional level of training;
– project implementation Francophonie.
– creating new bases of practice for students ONAFT, increase Qualifs-tion teachers.

3.3. The main areas of research of the Center is:
– Search partners for education, Research, professional and rubber-sanitary cooperation,;
– promoting international cooperation Academy;
– promote the level of training;
– improve linguistic and methodological training of teaching staff of the Academy;
– development of international cooperation in cultural and humanitarian spheres;
– development of scientific cooperation with research institutions, universities, and organizations, outside the higher education system, for solving complex scientific problems, implementation of the results of research and development in the educational process and production;
– preparation and implementation of Francophonie.

3.4. The main objectives of the Center are:
– participate in training highly qualified specialists of all levels of training;
– using the experience and potential of leading experts and scientists Fran-komovnyh countries in training all levels of training;
– improving training of highly qualified personnel for the purpose of sub-INCREASING competitiveness of the scientific staff of the Academy;
– involvement in educational, Research, professional, innovation and humanitarian cooperation of talented youth;
– organization and coordination of fundamental and applied re search, to the priority areas of science involving Partner Center;
– participate in forecasting trends and magnitude of fundamental and glue-dnyh Research Academy, their constant monitoring;
– coordination of departments and other subdivisions of the Academy in achieving planned francophone cooperation;
– coordinate the participation of the scientific staff of the Academy in projects. receives-ing of national and international grants, science fellowships, premiums and others.;
– participate in training in all fields based on the latest achievements of NAU-ing to the needs of a new generation of specialists;
– develop proposals for improving the curriculum of the Academy;
– ensure adequate mass media and the website of the inter-desperation of the Academy;
– create the necessary economic, infrastructure and social conditions for the best use, development and implementation of research and innovation potential Academy;
– creating the necessary conditions for the implementation of the project at the Academy of Franc-kofoniyi;
– comprehensive support departments, Research Institute and the Academy scientists in establishing international scientific relations to support its hi-one ranking in the world system of science and education;
– stimulate international activities leading teachers and young scientists of the Academy;
– scientific conferences, exhibitions, presentations, etc.. under the direction of the Center kami;

– preparing an annual analytical report on the activities of the Center.

3.4. The basis of the management of the Center are management functions: planning, prognostication, Organizing and coordinating international activities of the Academy in the field of Francophonie, and regulations and other regulations academy.

3.5. Work activities according Center performing academic and skill-in-teaching staff, PhD, graduate, students, their creative teams. Where necessary, performance may be involved employees of other organizations on the basis of separate agreements.

4. Powers Center

4.1. The powers of the Center is:
– preparation of agreements in the field of Francophone Cooperation;
– develop recommendations on the subject of international cooperation sub-sections Academy;
– organization of work package, aimed at the development of new international scientific studies at the Academy in close connection with the tasks regarding PREP-vky of the teaching staff (candidates and doctors), improving the quality of bachelors and masters;
– support the organization of international projects from different sources of financing is Lock;
– Academy coordinating cooperation with research institutes, pidp-ryyemstvamy, universities and NGOs Francophone.

4.2. The powers of the Center are realized through the implementation of its director functional responsibilities, according to the job description.

5. Responsibility Center

5.1. The Center shall:
– perform basic tasks and functions, by this Regulation;
– Rector follow orders and decisions of the Academic Council of the Academy;
– monitor the preparation, skill level of employees;
– rational use of working capital and tangible assets, assigned to the staff of the Center;
– maintain records as required record keeping and claims Academy.

6. Relationships with other departments

6.1. Center within its functional competencies and the successful execution of assigned tasks interacts:
– the Center for International Cooperation;
– the Center for International Education;
– of education department;
– Department of Foreign Languages;
– with research institutes, departments, Postgraduate and up-ktorantury;
– of Human Resources, legal department, Planning and Finance Department, Bibles, edema, Educational Department of the Academy and other services - with pi-tai, within the scope of these structural units.

7. Liquidation and reorganization Center

7.1. Liquidation and reorganization of the Center is established legis-order nodavstvom Rector's order on the decision of the Academic Council of the Academy.
